We endeavour to ship as soon as possible but due to differing  sizes and weights we try to get you your

parts within 3 working days

RETURN POLICY

If you order parts in error or if  they are faulty, simply send them back to us in good order and

we will make a full refund - however we will not pay for return shipment.

Disclaimer - all gas parts must be fitted by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

Parts returned damaged due to incorrect installation, that have not been installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer will not be entitled to a full refund.
